How soon should I reserve the date?
Our dates get filled up quickly. We recommend reserving your date 3-9 months before your wedding date. If you want to have the trial before booking, 6-12 months will be ideal.
How much of a retainer is required to reserve the date?
A $500 non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract are required to secure your date.
Can I change the number of services after signing the contract?
Yes, you can. We understand it's hard to arrange for others and people do change mind quite often. As long as the minimum booking amount is met, you can increase services up to 30 days before the event date.
How long does the trial take and where will it take place?
Trial is available in our San Francisco studio, Mon-Thurs, with very limited weekend appointments. It will take approx. 2-3 hours depends on the styles you want.
Trial: what to expect and how to prepare
You will receive a trial preparation email 2 weeks prior to the appointment. It includes info on how to prepare for the day of and a list of photos to be sent. We will go over the inspiration photos together and you will get to preview one complete makeup and hair style. Before and after photos will be taken for reference.
Do you work by yourself or have a team for bridal party/mothers?
We have a team of artists and stylists that can handle large bridal party.
